Red Music Pop Star Singalong Microphone: Musical Party Stage Microphone Stand for the Little Idol User Review

I got this toy for my grandson who lives with us for Christmas last year (08). I had bought microphones for him before which were flimsy and didn’t last long. I had decided to start buying better quality toys though it meant I would be buying fewer. Andrew was delighted with the toy in every way, loves the sounds with it. And so do his friends who visit. At the time I bought it, there had been no reviews for it which I find so useful. But I took a chance. As far as durability, it has done well considering how he drags it around. He sometimes complains (though not lately) that he couldn’t get it to work. I always found the problem to be the cord was not plugged into the base well (becuase he pulls on it walking around) or he did not have the switch on. I could always get it to work. The only other problem I had was that the stand that holds the microphone would lift out of the base easily. This I remedied by putting some tape around the stand and it holds well and the tape does not show. I would recommend this toy.
